Hotel 31 Extended Stay New York

I loved the room - it was brand-new with a queen size bed and ac.

Cute low-budget hotel with good value, we had a really really nice stay. The rooms they have were non-smoking and heated with double bed, private bath, ac.

I loved my stay, it was good. Everything was fine, helpful staff, perfect location so close to 5th avenue as well as subway station. Very good building and rooms with private bathroom.

Great value, fine staff & above average meal in the morning. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, very good service.

Wanted to explore New York and this hotel was enjoyable base for doing it. Common, efficient room with a softer mattress, double bed, as example. I enjoyed sweet staff, who kept the area clean. The pool area was good and the location was perfectly comfortable.

This is an old-fashioned place, with very central location and non-smoking rooms.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

It's a wonderful relaxing place, spotless. Location is optimal, just a short walk away from a long-standing department store. Very fancy and freshly renovated room with a big bed:)))

It was truly an enjoyable stay. Quiet location, very close to a well-maintained garden. Apart from that, the mall was 10 minutes' drive away. There was a pleasant bar and fab food at the poolside restaurant. Great value in a funky hotel.

Great value, considering it is joyful hotel. Extremely quiet location, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING view and room is very pretty.

We loved reception, it was warm. Had fully-equipped room with the soaps, shared bathrooms plus a softer mattress for the best stay. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. A short walk to the sandy beach. Could use their safe parking...

Spent our time here greatly.

Overall, it's superb base for exploring New York City attractions. All in all good location. Worth its 2 stars.
